2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • Amanah Mart currently provides Cash on Delivery (COD) payment service across Bangladesh.
  • Customers need to pay the full order amount to the delivery person at the time of receiving the product.
  • Please check the product condition before accepting the delivery.
  • Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready whenever possible to make delivery faster and easier.
  • COD service availability may depend on the delivery location and courier service availability.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can request order cancellation before the product is shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • To cancel an order, please contact Amanah Mart customer support as soon as possible.
  • Amanah Mart reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

Customers who repeatedly place fake orders or refuse confirmed deliveries may have future COD services restricted.
